Alessandro Borghese is an innovative and eclectic chef.
Soon after graduating at the American Overseas School in Rome, he started working on cruise ships for the next three years; he got on with his culinary experiences in places like San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Rome and Milan, which is now headquarter of AB Normal S.r.l., his Catering and Food Consulting Business.

AB Normal, operates in catering and banqueting for private and public events with its brand «Alessandro Borghese – il lusso della semplicità».

His creative and generous cuisine, satisfies the taste of who loves refinement without forgoing tradition.

AB Normal presents an innovative and highly integrated business model. Its marketing activity is carried out by the Multimedia & Publishing arm through: TV – Press – Web.
Offers a consulting service that spans from the creation of a menu to the start up of a restaurant, through customized services, selection of suppliers and personnel.

New opening in Milan of the pasta factory «Pasta fresca – il lusso della semplicità»: Fresh pasta prepared by hand according to the Italian tradition is produced for sale to the public. Chef Alessandro’s put his creative twist on a range of Italian pestos, sauces, quiche, antipasti – all are packed with incredible flavours, top-quality ingredients and sourced from small artisan producers in Italy.
Alessandro Vincenzo Borghese born in San Francisco, USA, pioneer of cooking on TV in Italy, the rock’n social chef. He is chosen as a judge of the first Italian edition of «Junior Masterchef» on Sky TV.
Host of «Alessandro Borghese 4 ristoranti» and «Alessandro Borghese Kitchen Sound» for Sky Italia broadcasting station. His cuisine programs, of which he is author, are broadcasted both in Italy and abroad.
